Modern Organic Kitchen Style (MOKS) is a cooking and recipe site created by two New York City natives: Michael, an event producer & floral designer and Kyra, a creative director & graphic designer. We find our inspiration from the vibrant New York City restaurant world and the seasonal Union Square Farmer's Market. We are always looking to learn new culinary styles, new ideas, new flavors, and new techniques, all while supporting local farmers and organic producers. Every week, our goal is to create the most interesting and delicious meals while pushing our creativity to the limits.
In celebration of the freshest and most seasonal ingredients, we often invite our friends over for Dinner Parties - this is where our passion for entertaining really comes to life. From the cuisine, to the cocktails, and the decor - we try to take everything we've learned and create the most exciting, fresh, and hospitable environment.
