Rack of Lamb with Garlic Herb Crust

Nothing is more romantic than a Roast Rack of Lamb so for Valentine's Day we always splurge on the best we can find. We make ours under the broiler, add the crust and finish in the oven. This year we serve it with herb roasted potatoes and sautéed Broccolini.
